The University of British Columbia (UBC) is situated on Vancouver's west side, only 25 minutes by car to downtown or the airport. Our public transit network offers many bus routes with frequent service between UBC and the Vancouver area. Onsite audiovisual providers are available to provide technical support and expertise to meet your program's audiovisual needs. Our in-house caterer, Wescadia Catering specializes in full-service and casual catering will work with you to design custom menu and provide event coordination assistance. They will work with you in planning everything from board meetings, to conferences and social events. For more budget friendly options, our cafeterias offer economical and flexible meal plans. Our professional and experienced conference services staff will assist you with planning and organizing your meetings and events from catering, to audiovisual services, to accommodation and event scheduling. Whether your group is 20 or 2,000, we will work with you to customize a program that will meet your program needs and create memorable experiences for your delegates.
