COVID-19 and Re-Opening Requirements across Canada

posted on Feb 17, 2022
Across Canada, provincial and territorial governments are emerging from months of quarantines and restrictions amid the current COVID-19 pandemic. Each province and territory has established a different plan to meet the unique needs of its population and economy.

The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) has created a tracking sheet which summarizes the status of business and community restoration plans across all Canadian jurisdictions. It documents the local state of emergency orders and what phase of recovery each jurisdiction is in.

Additionally it covers what kinds of gatherings are permitted, various travel restrictions across the country as well as linking health and safety guidance provided for businesses as people return to serving the public. This tracker will be regularly updated to provide current information as the situation across Canada changes.
